Description
As a Plant Manager, you will provide engagement and guidance to all employees ensuring that all plant operations and administrative activities are efficient, safe and follow our EHS, quality and productivity standards.
Lead a clean, safe, cost efficient production organization that is committed to a high level of first run capability and is responsive to changes in the marketplace.
Ensure a quick, efficient and safe implementation of new products / processes at the siteEvaluate equipment, facility, warehousing, and process needs, and prepare capital authorizations to meet all needs.
Develop, training and participative management, a work force that is experienced, motivated and committed to organizational goals with use of staff.
Manage the plant budget, take corrective actions to meet the targets regarding EHS, quality, cost, on time delivery and asset integrityQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering with Chemical Engineering or Chemistry preferred; and an advanced degree, such as MBA, is desired.7+ years of progressive Manufacturing leadership ExperienceProficient in DMAIC/DFLSS and Kaizen project executionExperience in excellent people management, change management, planning and organizing, decision-makingPPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
