Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, tenants, employees in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person
- Basic administrative and clerical duties
- Call police or fire department when appropriate, such as for fire, thefts, robberies, suspicious activity, altercations, etc.
- Monitor front door and keep all unauthorized individuals from wandering in and be alert of suspicious people or activities
- Maintain general shift logs at end of shift
- Lock doors at designated time and patrol open areas during overnight shifts
- Be a helpful, courteous, and professional to Residential tenants and get familiar with them
- Accept all packages and donated items
- Maintain cash log and register for direct payments
- Keep a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry & cash handling tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Must be vigilant and alert at all times
- Familiarity with security and safety procedures

Pay:
$16.00 per hour
