The USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is seeking a Budget/Business Analyst to join it's School's Business Office.The core job duties are:
- Sets up and maintains accounts. Reconciles account balances and activity to university financial records and initiates correcting entries. Troubleshoots problems, including research of pertinent facts and interacts with appropriate university staff to achieve resolution.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, interact with vendors, prepare and process orders, pay invoices.
- Prepare and process reimbursements, requisitions, procurement card, travel card, honorarium, and consultant transactions.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports as requested.
- Provides information to staff and faculty regarding university financial policies and procedures. Assists faculty and staff in financial transactions such as purchasing equipment and supplies and accounting for travel expenditures and reimbursements.
- Prepares accounts activity report as requested.
- Process School's Deposits (cash, checks, ACH, and wires).
- Review procurement card transaction verifications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Preferred Experience:
Two years relevant work experience, Kowledge of Workday Financial Systems and SAP Concur Travel and Expense Management.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree. Combined experience/education maybe substitute for minimum education.

Minimum Experience: 1 year Minimum Field of Expertise: Business administration, accounting or related degree and budget experience including knowledge of government and fund accounting.
