Team Leader for Building Cleaning (Human)
This is your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning performance and maintaining Sodexo's quality standards for a major client.

Continuous quality control (electronic quality management system), effective personnel planning, and regular training of your employees are also part of your tasks.

In addition, you are responsible for preparing vacation schedules, maintaining attendance lists, and providing monthly reports.
You also oversee material control and ordering, as well as monitoring machine handling and necessary maintenance.
What you bring
You have completed a vocational training in building cleaning and have several years of experience as a team leader.
Ideally, you have experience in cleanroom cleaning and/or hospital cleaning.
You are well-versed in personnel scheduling and deployment.
You have a strong focus on customer service and a service-oriented mindset.
You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and have a solid understanding of materials, equipment, and resources.
