We provide consulting and support to our executives and management in personnel-related matters (e.g. labor law, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development).
We actively participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of all personnel processes along the employee life cycle.

We write and publish targeted job advertisements on various portals and social media channels in collaboration with our external agency.

We prepare, accompany, and document job interviews and personnel discussions.
We create employment contracts, contract changes, terminations, and additional agreements.
We handle all administrative tasks and provide support to our employees.
We prepare the monthly payroll in coordination with our external payroll office.
