Perfect, because we are still on the fast track, want to grow and are currently looking for a full-time or part-time Personal and Integration Support (m/f/d) at our production site in Charlton Heights, WV.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the onboarding and integration of foreign employees into our production team with the goal of successful linguistic, social, and professional integration within the team.
  • From day one, you will be available to new team members for any questions regarding their professional and private integration.
  • You will research, plan, and implement integration, support, and networking opportunities that promote exchange and longterm integration within the existing production team.
  • You will coordinate language courses and other training to expand professional skills.
  • You will advise foreign colleagues on matters such as authorities, apartment search and takeover, registration with service providers, banks, and schools, etc.
  • You will act as a liaison between employees, the HR department, placement agencies, and the management and production team.
  • You will support recruiting in the selection and acquisition of employees for our production.
