We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead our projects to new heights.

Job Summary

The Project Manager at B3 Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving project success.

You will be the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of lead carpenters, apprentices, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met with excellence.
• Develop a detailed project success map, including timelines, budgets, change orders, allowances, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and team members, including lead carpenters and apprentices, to ensure highquality workmanship.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend inspections with municipal building inspectors, ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications. Work with thirdparty engineers to ensure all requirements are met.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and B3's quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction as an utmost priority.
• Mentor apprentices and carpenters proactively on the jobsites, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment that inspires the team to do their best work.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Results

• Achieve successful project completion on time, within budget, exceeding client expectations and upholding the B3 standards.
• Maintain and enhance B3 Construction's reputation for highquality construction and exceptional customer service by collecting 5star customer feedback and reviews at project completion.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and team performance by implementing new systems for our internal Project Management SOP.
• Foster a safe, productive work environment that encourages collaboration and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a stellar track record of successful project delivery, including both residential and commercial construction projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in plan reading and interpretation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with Gantt charts and creating project schedules.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred); or 810 years of experience managing job sites in lieu of a degree.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to various job sites in and around Northern Arizona.
• Must reside in or near Flagstaff, AZ for inperson work Monday through Thursday, and Monday through Friday during winter months.

Salary
$80K - $95K Base + The B3 Bonus Plan
