Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Icecream Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for various occasions. If you have a passion for baking and an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.


Duties:


  • Prepare and mold cakes according to recipes and customer specifications
  • Decorate cakes using various techniques such as piping, fondant, and icing
  • Create custom designs based on customer requests
  • Ensure that cakes are finished in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of food production and food preparation techniques
  • Experience in pastry and cake decorating is required
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in cake decorating
  • Attention to detail and ability to create intricate designs
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food industry regulations and safety standards
  • Experience in catering or working with custom cake orders is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with clients
