You are currently studying and would like to gain experience in process optimization and work organization? Are you interested in applying your theoretical knowledge in practice? Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for an interested intern or working student in the field of Lean Management to join our team for the winter semester of 2023.

Your challenge. What to expect

Supporting operational managers in implementing the Shopfloor Management standard
Independent planning and implementation of Lean projects in the production area
Further development of standards, methods, and processes
Creating presentations, templates, and instructions
Training employees and operational managers, e.g. Excel
Supporting the organization and execution of workshops
Direct support of production management

Your profile. What you bring

Studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, or a comparable degree program
Knowledge in the field of machining production, Lean and project management is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Team and communication skills
Enjoyment of independent work
Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
