Responsibilities
:
What you will do:
- Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day
- Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers who need mechanical Maintenance and Repair
- Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, Roadside Assistance, Complaints or other Automotive inquiries
- Direct nonservice appointment calls to the appropriate Dealership personnel
- Utilize multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer guidelines
- Support 150 U.S. Dealerships, 30 Collision Centers in 17 States that represent 30 automotive brands in Domestic, Import and Luxury segments
- Learn about the retail Automotive industry at enterprisescale for Service, Parts, Collision and Sales operations
Qualifications
:
Basic Qualifications:
- Available to work Monday
- Friday:
- 7:00 am
- 4:00 pm
- 7:30 am 4:30 pm
- 8:00 am 5:00 pm
- 8:30 am 5:30 pm
- 9:00 am 6:00 pm
- Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area.
- Must have at least 6 months recent customer service experience
- High speed internet connection of > 20 mbps Upload and > 20 mbps Download
- Quiet home office suitable for remote call center, customer service work
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with desktop PC's, VPN access, internet modems & routers, phone systems, etc.
- Superior timemanagement and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Familiar with automotive terminology and vehicle components.
- Capable of delivering quality results at all times
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- Perfect attendance and punctuality record
- Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency to get the job done (1st call resolution)
- Advanced knowledge of Google, YouTube and other web search tools
