- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products or services
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- Strong communication skills with a customercentric approach
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of wireless sales or technology products is desirable
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
