- Review incoming freshman and transfer students electronic health forms , checking for RIDOH compliance , and college requirements .
- Email students who have submitted incomplete forms explaining what is missing and provide a compliance report weekly to the Executive Director and Assistant Director.
- Email students who have not submitted forms and monitor for compliance.
- Regularly check for new records that have been uploaded. Timeframe to be determined by the Executive Director. Marginal Duties:
- Perform all other duties as may be required. Education and Experience Required
- Associate Degree from an accredited institution, and a current RI Registered Nurse license.
- Three to five years' experience.
- Clear understanding of immunization requirements for RI Colleges/Universities.
- Clear understanding of EMR . Physical Demands
- Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time
- Reaching by extending hand or arm in any direction
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm, for example, using a keyboard
- Communication skills using the spoken word
- Ability to see within normal parameters
- Ability to hear within normal range
- Ability to move about
