- Take on the role of office organization, such as being the first point of contact for hardware and supplies
- Maintain office structure and order, including actively participating in the upcoming office move
- Support internal event management, such as planning for health days, summer parties, and Christmas celebrations
- Assist in planning external events such as workshops and trade shows
- Support the management team
- Actively contribute to the success of singularIT GmbH
Qualifications:
- Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are more important to us than a specific degree
- Availability of 1520 hours per week
- German language proficiency at C2 level
- Structured work style
- Ability to work independently and selforganized
