Responsibilities:

  • Take on the role of office organization, such as being the first point of contact for hardware and supplies
  • Maintain office structure and order, including actively participating in the upcoming office move
  • Support internal event management, such as planning for health days, summer parties, and Christmas celebrations
  • Assist in planning external events such as workshops and trade shows
  • Support the management team
  • Actively contribute to the success of singularIT GmbH

Qualifications:

  • Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are more important to us than a specific degree
  • Availability of 1520 hours per week
  • German language proficiency at C2 level
  • Structured work style
  • Ability to work independently and selforganized
