Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Assistant to join our growing team in Middletown, RI. We are looking for an individual who is able to support the growing and dynamic nature of our work.

Job Description:
Supporting the Business Development office with a wide array of analytical and administrative tasking.

Provide Proposal Development support, which may include coordination/facilitation of proposal-related tasking; content development; editing and formatting support; graphics support including the development/formatting of charts, tables and other imagery for proposals.

Develop proposal templates that are in compliance with internal style guides and standards.

Performs research in areas such as market analysis, new business opportunities, industry trends, and competition using tools such as GovWin, TechnoMile, and other web-based resources.

Records minutes and tracks actions stemming from internal BD meetings and reviews.
Supports the development and refresh of marketing materials including corporate overview briefs, trade show brochures, etc.
Performs data entry and database maintenance activities relative to Rite-Solutions' internal CRM and Proposal Development tools.
Supports Business Unit Managers with capture and proposal readiness activities.

Education/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, communications, or relevant technical field. A lessor degree, combined with experience that exceeds the minimum requirements may be considered.
A minimum of three years of directly related experience, preferably as a part of a business development team.

Additional Skills of interest:

Expertise in MS Word and MS PowerPoint is required; Experience with SharePoint, MS Excel and/or MS Project Strong writing and editing skillsStrong interpersonal/verbal communication skillsExtremely attentive to detailAbility to multitask and consistently meet aggressive deadlinesWho are we?Rite-Solutions, Inc.
