As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

This is a key leadership role within the organization, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Conduct regular account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support strategic decisionmaking
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting
• Experience with governmental accounting is a plus
• Excellent understanding of doubleentry bookkeeping
• Familiarity with corporate accounting requirements and regulatory reporting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
