Responsibilities:

Cut and shape walls from beam to the floor, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
Utilize various tools and techniques to achieve smooth and uniform finishes on walls, paying close attention to detail.
Cut and finish the floor to the desired level of smoothness and consistency, meeting project requirements and standards.
Collaborate closely with the crew to coordinate workflow and ensure efficient progress on projects.
Assist with the needs of the crew as required, including material handling, equipment setup, and cleanup.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and the crew.
Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a bottom finisher on a gunite or shotcrete crew.
Must reside or be willing to relocate to Austin, TX
Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to bottom finishing tasks, such as trowels, floats, and straightedges.
Strong understanding of construction principles and techniques related to bottom finishing.
Ability to interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work as part of a team and support fellow crew members to achieve project goals.
Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments.
