With excellent technical expertise and a 30-year history, complex portfolios in the residential, office, and industrial segments are realized. The founder of the P&P Group is Michael Peter, who also invests in private equity and venture capital through Rivus Capital.

Your tasks:


• Conducting and managing the acquisition process from acquisition to due diligence to notarization


• Preparation of purchase and sale calculations as well as preparation of decision templates for management


• Preparation and coordination for the creation of data rooms


• Support of the entire due diligence process, including coordination of internal departments and external service providers for technical, legal, and tax property inspections


• Regional networking with brokers, fund companies, and banks

We expect for this exciting task:


• Education or training in real estate management (e.g. real estate agent, real estate specialist, real estate business administrator (m/f/d)) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience


• Experience in a similar position


• Passion for real estate and a strong regional network
