- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatment.
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and desired outcomes.
- Administer injectable treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers, neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport), and other aesthetic procedures, with precision and expertise.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory guidelines during treatment procedures.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and realistic expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including treatment plans, consent forms, and progress notes.
- Collaborate effectively with the medical director and other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing training and professional development.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida.
- Experience in aesthetic injectable procedures (e.g., Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector).
- Proven experience performing injectable treatments in a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficacy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and effectively explain complex medical information.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
