  • Experience in youth welfare and/or a completed education in a commercial/technical field
  • Pedagogical or social pedagogical background with experience in training and adult education
  • Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information
  • Independent, organized, and customer-oriented work style
  • Strong IT skills and experience in building e-learning programs
  • Experience in customer consulting
