Overview:

Na Ali'i is looking a Contracts Analyst, Data and Reporting to support their Contracts and Procurement team within their Shared Services line.

Responsibilities:

The following duties are representative of the essential functions for this job but are not comprehensive. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to this job at any time.

Maintaining Contract, Subcontract, and Vendor information in Deltek CostPoint and CMS module
Configuring and generating reports from CostPoint/CMS based on requirements
Support reporting functions, such as Small Business Subcontract Plan Reporting (ISR & SSR), FFATA Subcontract Reporting, etc.
Assist with maintaining electronic contract files and addressing routine contract communications and notices.
Cradletograve contract administration support

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

This position requires an associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
3+ years of professional experience in federal prime or subcontracting.
Familiarity with reporting in one or all of , , , etc.
Experience in subcontracts administration or buying is preferred.
Familiarity with FAR, DFARs
Experience with Deltek/Costpoint CMS is strongly preferred.

Certification:
Not required.

Clearance:
Not required but must be able to obtain security clearance, if requested. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to use stairs without assistance
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder
