Job Summary:

• We are seeking a local inhouse full time

- ) EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ BASED talented and creative junior to moderate experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.


As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for
creating visually appealing pdq, pallet displays, style guide, retail packaging, and designs for various digital and print mediums. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging and effective visual content that aligns with our brand identity.


Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning designs for digital and print mediums, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on creative briefs and brand guidelines
• Use a variety of software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create highquality designs
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CorelDraw, WordPress, and Adobe After Effects is a plus
• Familiarity with digital design principles and best practices
• Understanding of print advertising and production design processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Designer will work and collaborate directly with VP of Sales on a daily basis

Salary:

A) Starting Salary Range stated is approx $55k
- $80k (D.O.E.) (Unlimited salary increases and bonus' avail as the business grows).

B) To achieve $90k+ Salary a year


Pay:
$55, $80,000.00 per year
