    Looking for a strong Senior Project Manager with a great deal of successful experience managing ground-up, Multifamily projects for min 6 years.

    A mid-sized General Contractor with a 20 year track-record of success, building Multifamily, Senior Living, and Town-homes throughout the state of Massachusetts.

    Projects typically ranging from $10M - $40M, both Ground-up & Renovations. 90% of their business comes from repeat clients because of their professionalism, and high-quality work.
    Senior Project Manager - High-end Multifamily Builder - Newton MA Responsibilities:
    Oversee Assistant project Managers
    Manage projects from start to finish sucessfully
    Oversee each phase of construction process
    Lead project meetings with owner, architect, and the team in the field

    Senior Project Manager - High-end Multifamily Builder - Newton MA Qualifications:
    ~ Deep understanding of the construction process
    ~6+ years of experience managing Multifamily Ground-up projects
    ~ Senior Project Manager - High-end Multifamily Builder - Newton MA will Receive:
