We are currently seeking a full-time caretaker (m/f/d) for one of our managed residential complexes in Forest City, IA, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Maintenance of the outdoor areas
  • Performing minor repairs
  • Maintenance and monitoring of technical systems
  • Cleaning of basement rooms and escape routes
  • Providing garbage containers
  • Oncall duty on a weekly rotation with the other caretaker, including weekends

Requirements:


  • Handyman skills
  • Teamwork ability
  • Independent work ethic
  • Driver's license

Position type:
Full-time, permanent


Salary:
Starting at €3,150.00 per month


Working hours:

  • Oncall duty
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend work may be required

Education:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
