We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international company in Layhill, MD. This role will be based in Athens.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage all incoming communication from customers
  • Continuously develop your knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Serve as a main point of contact for our top accommodation partners, assisting with basic questions and concerns regarding room modifications, rates, availability, and the use of our extranet tools
  • Utilize appropriate tools, processes, and methods to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and a positive experience for our partners at all times.

Your Qualifications:


  • Native or fluent in German and fluent in English (at least B2 level) in both oral and written communication
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Residing in Greece or able to relocate on short notice.
