We are building the first phase of the newly founded Technical University of Nuremberg with you in the project management (m/f/d) for technical building equipment.

A university campus for approximately 6,000 students is being constructed on a 37-hectare site in the south of Nuremberg. The project is one of the most important higher education policy initiatives in the state of Bavaria and is characterized by its model character in teaching, research, construction, and operation of the buildings.

Management and coordination of the new construction project

We are currently in the planning and coordination phase of the construction projects. In addition to several sustainable high-rise buildings for administration, research, teaching, and operation with energy-efficient building equipment, an infrastructure development measure is being implemented for the design of the site. The Technical University of Nuremberg stands for the prototype of a self-sufficient, climate-neutral, and fail-safe energy supply using innovative technology. In addition to the construction tasks for the Technical University of Nuremberg, our area of responsibility includes new construction, renovation, and building maintenance measures for the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the Nuremberg University of Applied Sciences Georg Simon Ohm.
