Duties and Responsibilities:
Overnight shift and PRN (as needed) shifts available.
A. Supervises self-administration of meds.
B. Reports all medical incidents and/or concerns to Nursing.
C. Conducts resident and facility safety checks.
D. Communicates client behaviors with counseling staff/coordinators.
E. Responds to problems and crisis according to facility procedures and behavior management guidelines.
F. Various administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
II
Minimum Job Qualifications:
A. High School diploma and a working knowledge of 12-Step Program and Support Groups (A.A., C.A.) a plus.
B. Interest and/or knowledge in chemical dependency.
C. Ability to model appropriate boundaries.
D. A valid Texas Drivers License.
E. A good driving record.
F. Must have excellent communication skills.
G. Basic computer skills (MS Office / Outlook experience preferred)
Drug Screen and Background check required for employment.
III. Salary - $18/ hr with $1/hr shift differential for overnight shifts
