Your responsibilities:


  • Technical responsibility for heating, ventilation, plumbing, compressed air, and technical gases
  • Monitoring of central operating technology on site and through building management systems
  • Monitoring of maintenance cycles and inspection deadlines for H/L/S systems, poweroperated gates, crane systems, forklifts, and lifting equipment
  • Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repair work and coordinating with external contractors
  • Performing repairs in case of emergencies (oncall duty)
  • Documenting all activities according to guidelines

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as a plumber, heating and air conditioning technician, or equivalent
  • At least five years of professional experience in maintenance
  • Certified person for inspecting crane systems preferred
  • Certified person for pressure vessels and pipelines preferred
  • Ability to work independently but also enjoy working in a team
