IT Tier 3 Engineer & Team Lead:
We are looking for a IT Tier 3 Engineer & Team Lead with strong leadership and managements qualities. The IT Tier 3 Engineer & Team Lead will spend 50% managing the team, 20% on escalations, 30% of their time on implementation/design

The IT Tier 3 Engineer & Team Lead will be joining a prestigious Managed Service Provider that has been a leading IT organization since the early 90's.

Our services include Cyber Security, Professional Services, Managed Services, etc.

We are a collaborative group and pave the way for our techs to grow internally and advance their technical knowledge.

Project Management
Ensuring optimal service delivery and client satisfaction
Microsoft 365 administration & migration support
System Administration (Windows Servers)
Security & compliance to safeguard infrastructure
Backup & disaster recovery
Network Infrastructure management (configure firewalls, provide support)
3+ years of Microsoft cloud administration
3+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED*Experience with backup & disaster recovery
Experience migrating clients over to the cloud
Experience with VMware
Experience with ConnectWise
Experience Managing Projects start to finish
Experience serving as a manager or team lead
