Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and organize all customer inventory. Check in all items that come into storage and keep existing inventory in order.
Make inventory pulls based upon customer request, verify all counts, and provide documentation of inventory.
Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and timely manner, fields calls from customers where inventory questions or problems occur, and keeps customers/sales/csr updated on inventory levels.
Maintain accurate inventory of printed materials and customer products.
Assist Shipping Department with daily UPS and FedEx shipments.

Requirements:

High School education or equivalent
23 years in fulfillment/inventory setting
UPS/FedEx experience
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
Valid driver's license is required
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment
Great communication skills
