The Sales and Community Engagement Specialist will be the driving force behind attracting new patients to our practice from a 100-mile radius.
With 50% of your time spent in the office and 50% in the field, you will be the face of TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre, ensuring that our unique services reach those in need.
Your role will involve a blend of sales, community outreach, relationship-building with medical and dental professionals and marketing. We will paint the vision, so it is crystal clear and let you run with the execution.Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate executives, local medical clinics, and other healthcare providers.

Community Outreach: Engage with medical and dental providers to educate them about our services and encourage patient referrals.

Sales/Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility of our practice, including social media campaigns, attending networking events, and community presentations.

Patient Advocacy: Act as a liaison between our practice and the community, ensuring patients understand the benefits of our specialized treatments.

Event Participation: Represent TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre at local events, health fairs, and other community gatherings to promote our services.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand the unique offerings of each specialist and communicate this effectively to the public.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience in the dental/medical profession or customer service industry
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
