Besigheim, we are looking for a:

HR Administrator (m/f/d)

What tasks can you expect?

  • Coordination of all temporary workers in close cooperation with the service provider, including invoice verification
  • Preparation of fixedterm contracts and contract design
  • Controlling and reporting of personnel key figures
  • Preparation of personnel evaluations and statistics
  • Participation in payroll accounting
  • Maintenance of time tracking

What do we expect from you?

  • Commercial vocational training, additional qualification as a personnel specialist or comparable education
  • Good knowledge of payroll accounting
  • Several years of experience in HR administration
  • Excellent computer skills (especially Excel)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong communication skills
