The city of Chattanooga is looking for a Liability Claims Officer (m/f/d) for the Legal Department, Insurance and Claims Department, in part-time.

Your main responsibilities:

Handle liability claims from third parties against the city and municipal companies in the entire municipal field of activity Assert liability claims of the city against third parties Handle service collision claims of employees who use their private vehicles, as well as collision claims related to motor vehicle liability cases Manage court proceedings related to the department's tasks Communicate with claimants, lawyers, insurance companies, the municipal reinsurance association, specialist departments, public utilities, business enterprises, and companies Your professional qualifications: Qualification for recognized careers according to the training regulation for entry-level positions in the general non-technical administrative service (Bachelor) of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (VAP2.
