What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the team to apply troubleshooting and root cause analysis methods, ensuring the resolution of issues with well-documented results.
Assist in the qualification and validation activities related to manufacturing equipment and special processes.
Design and implement production processes and methods, with a focus on ensuring process capabilities meet the business requirements.
Develop and document work instructions to sustain manufacturing proficiencies.
What You'll Need:
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, biomedical engineering or related area of study with at least a junior standing.
Ability to work 40 hours per week onsite during the fall semester co-op out of our Fort Wayne, IN facility.
Demonstrated academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.Ability to work now and in the future without any sponsorship.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, encompassing both theoretical understanding and hands-on practical application.
