Employment Based Immigration Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and implement case strategies for Immigrant and Nonimmigrant visa matters before agencies such as DOL, DOS and DHS;
Support highlyexperienced attorneys in representation of clients.
Collaborate with and oversee legal staff in successful delivery of assigned matters;
Research U.S. immigration law and procedures;
Communicate with Firm's clients including employees and representatives of multinational corporations;
Manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload; and
Draft legal documents, maintain case records and run reports utilizing case tracking system and industrystandard software programs.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor; licensed and in good standing to practice law;
Excellent communication and client management skills; and
