Job Summary:
We are a Air Compressor Manufacture dealing with B2B supplier in the Air Industry based in Houston TX.
For this position, you will be working in our Houston Office Daily Responsibilities as Administrative Office Assistant - Accounting based preferred
- Handling day and day out statement and keying in QuickBooks including Billing.
- Assisting in Cost Calculation
- Handling Account setup procedure credit references
- Assists Manager daily work
Minimal 1 year experience is needed as long you are willing to learn
High school diploma or higher ; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
