Commercial Loan Administrator _(Full time)_
Everett

Summary_: Responsible for maintaining administrative duties related to commercial portfolio management in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures. Clearly communicates with Bank's internal and external customers and provides customer service in accordance with the Bank's mission statement, culture statement and core values.

  • Complies with all Eagle Bank policies, procedures, performance and cultural standards and expectations, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Receives and meticulously reviews loan documents prior to closing to ensure complete adherence with loan approval. Effectively communicates any deviation with both attorneys, lenders, and approval authorities to maintain adherence. Additionally handles the transition to the loan servicing department for closing set up.
  • Verifies name and address record titling of loan accounts; confirms adherence to CIP and compliance requirements and document exceptions. Follows up and tracks replacements or correction of documents as needed. Maintains error report on new loan account openings.
  • Maintains and updates various portfolio administration reports including the weekly pipeline report, UCC tracking, and missing document report for various Bank committees, auditors, and management.
  • Oversees commercial loan HMDA compliance. Prepares HMDA loan files for various audits.
  • Maintains, tracks, and files all nonoriginated loan files. Prepares nonoriginated files for various audits.
  • Serves as the point person for both internal and external audits on HMDA and Nonoriginated loans.
  • Prepares mortgage discharges for the Commercial department.
  • Requests periodic financial information from borrowers.
  • Prepares and maintains orderly credit files.
  • Provides support to the entire Commercial Credit and Lending departments in all phases of loan portfolio maintenance and management.

Position specific requirements:


  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum two years' commercial banking/loan experience required.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and analytical decisionmaking skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, stress and/or unexpected events.
  • Proficient use of computers and technology required (i.e., Internet, PCs, tablets, smartphones, MS Office, electronic banking, etc.); Moody's Risk Analyst and Jack Henry Silverlake Browser preferred.
