ABOUT US
We are a small, boutique dental lab that focuses on fabricating surgical guides and full arch implant-supported teeth for dental offices throughout the country.
Our small team consists of hard working, artistic, and motivated individuals.
We are known as a high-end dental lab that puts out some of the best quality prosthetics and surgical guides.
We don't advertise, but continue to see growth, a testament to what we are doing for our clients.
We are fun, easy-going people who enjoy our chance to build little pieces of art that go into patients' mouths and change their lives.
With the growth we have been seeing, we are swamped. We need help We are looking for an addition to our CAD team.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The job description includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Lead Designer: Expert level with Exocad is preferred.
AOX, Dentures, Splints, Surgical Guides.
This will include photogrammetry design flows as well as traditional scans from intraoral doctor scans and scanned models from the lab.
An understanding of scan bodies, digital libraries, and how they relate to ti-bases and fabrication of prosthetics is important. You will be responsible for design step approval for each case designed by your team prior to fabrication. We also heavily rely on non-dental CAD softwares such as Meshmixer and Blender. These are integrated into our daily workflows. You will also work closely with our Cam technician in moving things along promptly to be fabricated.We hope that gives you an idea of what the work is like. Pay will be determined off experience though and will go up with future experience and gained skills.

- Perhaps one of the most valuable qualities you can have is your ability to problem solve independently. 90% of the time we do the same flow, but when tricky or different cases come up it's the ability to critically think through the problem that will make you stand out on our team
