Description

For our client, a Next-Ten consulting firm, we are looking for a highly experienced Manager (m/f/d) in Transaction Services for the Deal Advisory department at Belmont.

Responsibilities

You will advise national and international clients, including medium-sized companies and DAX-30 companies.
As project manager, you will lead Financial Due Diligence projects on the buyer and seller side for national and international corporate transactions
You will be responsible for team leadership and reporting, using your extensive industry knowledge
With your expertise, you will conduct business analyses of companies and business units, as well as company valuations in various scenarios

Profile

In this role, you bring comprehensive professional experience, having successfully taken on project management tasks and initial leadership responsibilities
Ideally, you have completed a professional exam such as a Certified Public Accountant, ACCA, or CFA after your above-average degree in business administration
Your outstanding numerical understanding and excellent analytical and conceptual skills enable you to successfully handle complex tasks
You are fluent in German and English
