What you will do:
The fresh food counter is the heart of our REWE Simon Kashanna oHG. With your expertise, you will competently lead the service department for the product areas of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen. You will be responsible for your team, the quality of the products, and all processes:

  • You skillfully implement national sales concepts.
  • You have everything under control, from cost and revenue development to regular inventories, merchandise planning, and flow.
  • You implement your ideas for measures that will inspire customers to buy your products.
  • You lead and train your team and plan the staffing needs accordingly.
  • You are responsible for correct pricing and assortment management.
  • You have a delicate touch in the production and refinement of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen.
  • You pay precise attention to compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • You impress our customers with competent advice and excellent service.

What we are looking for:

  • Your professional training as a butcher, preferably in the food retail industry
