4Freight GmbH is located in the beautiful town of Troisdorf, on the "sunny side" between Cologne and Bonn. We are a small, agile team that is constantly growing. We have the support of our two parent companies, ATS Air Truck Service GmbH and Schlimgen Logistics Solutions GmbH.


In Troisdorf and the surrounding area, we operate a logistics center with approximately 24,000 square meters of warehouse space, as well as a modern fleet of MAN and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

This allows us to provide seamless local transport in North Rhine-Westphalia and a timely road feeder service to Germany's major airports.


Your responsibilities:


  • Daily dispatching of customer orders
  • Ensuring smooth logistical processes for shipments
  • Dispatching of drivers and loads
  • Acting as a point of contact and representative for customers and business partners
  • Ensuring optimal utilization of the fleet

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or other commercial training
  • Positive attitude towards customers (in person and on the phone)
  • Experience with softwarebased route planning
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work, flexibility, and reliability
  • Team player with a strong willingness to learn
  • Valid reliability check according to 7 is desirable
