    Job Description

    • Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Facilities department who oversee general maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as water distribution on a daily basis.
    • Creates efficient schedules while focusing on labor costs, staffing goals, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
    • Assists in budget planning and procurement processes for the department.
    • Manages maintenance and construction projects, deciding on the best resources for each task.
    • Inspects completed projects to ensure quality.
    • Ensures adherence to OSHA standards.
    • Oversees grounds crew and property maintenance.
    • Performs daily property inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
    • Promotes outstanding customer service within the team, upholding company standards.
    • Ensures compliance with regulations and reports any issues to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Carpentry trades, as well as generators and fire pumps.
    • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Prior experience in maintenance and engineering, focusing on electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning.
    • Ability to resolve conflicts and interact effectively with guests, staff, and colleagues.
    • Skilled in report writing and presenting information to various audiences.
    • Capability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
    • Team collaboration and effective communication skills.
