Your responsibilities:

  • Developing technical concepts for components/modules and ensuring feasibility
  • Designing/outsourcing and evaluating constructive solutions and coordinating with internal/external development partners
  • Checking development progress
  • Coordinating/monitoring experiments, evaluating test results, and coordinating/checking constructive implementations
  • Coordinating the development of new components/modules with a variety of functions and connections within a defined development phase (e.g. from the beginning of a research project to handover to predevelopment, from the specification sheet to production release, etc.)
  • Defining, coordinating, and potentially modifying technical requirements for components/modules (e.g. regarding function, installation, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with predetermined development goals; potentially initiating corrective measures

Your profile:

  • University degree and 23 years of professional experience or acquired knowledge and skills through other means
  • Excellent knowledge of vehicle and wiring harness development processes, as well as CAD and PDM systems
  • Good knowledge of wiring harness production
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
  • Processoriented, cooperative, and goaloriented work style
