The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38-86,000/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Providing support for the recruiting process by managing the requisition approval processOrganizing internal and external candidate interviews in a high-volume environmentContacting and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruiting processProviding documentation and information on the posting and recruitment process to the recruiter, candidate, hiring manager and interview teamMaintaining, monitoring, and gathering recruiting data in Workday, LinkedIn and/or Talent NeuronEscalating requisition issues to senior management or other key stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelors degree preferred.
