Business Development Executive (Warm Leads / Tiered Commission)

The Opportunity

Are you a closer who is tired of cold calling? We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Contractor to manage a pipeline of provided leads and sell high-value service packages to corporate clients.

We provide the leads and the infrastructure; you provide the sales expertise and the \"ink.\" This is a 1099 contract position designed for high-energy professionals who want an uncapped earning potential with a clear path to higher margins.

The Compensation Structure

We reward consistency and scale. Our commission structure increases as you hit your performance milestones:

  • The Base Tier: Earn 20% commission on all closed revenue up to your first $500k.
  • The Performance Kicker: Once you surpass $500k in revenue, your commission increases to 30% for everything up to $1M and beyond.
  • The Math: On a $1M portfolio, your earning potential is $250,000+ per year.

What You'll Do

  • Execute: Convert provided leads into long-term corporate partners.
  • Consult: Understand corporate pain points and tailor our service packages to fit their needs.
  • Manage: Track your pipeline and provide feedback on lead quality to help us refine our targeting.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or Business Development experience.

A proven track record of closing deals with $20k–$100k+ contract values.

The discipline to work independently in a fully commission-based environment.

This is a remote position.
