Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as the Finance & Operations Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Professional Services.

Duties:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis focused on an IT Services business unit
- Revenue and utilization forecasting / reporting
- Monthly P&Ls management
- Conduct Quarterly Reviews & Analysis
- Oversee project level accounting
- Budgeting responsibilities
- Guide the Services business unit through Service Systems & Operations processes

For Example:
You will be responsible for maintaining and instructing others on system/accounting requirements for contract setup.
- Take the lead on customization and integration system enhancements.
- Offer financial analysis and recommendations to the Services business unit for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing reporting and pricing templates.

Required:
- Proficiency in Excel at an expert level
- Strong accounting background
- Familiarity with NetSuite and NetSuite OpenAir
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Understanding of the IT Services industry

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with Service Now and/or SalesForce
