- Team Development and Management:
- Train, develop, and manage an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
- Oversee and mentor remote Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Develop, train, and manage a sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Implement strategies to improve gross margin numbers.
- Client and Candidate Relations:
- Handle and resolve complex client issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and grow relationships with large accounts.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
- Recruitment and Hiring:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client requirements.
- Process Management:
- Manage the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop new strategies to grow the company's bottom line.
- Compensation and Goal Management:
- Develop and manage compensation plans for all employees.
- Ensure the team is meeting set goals and targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills; experience with recruiting software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, particularly in the dental industry, is a plus.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Compensation based on experience.
- Must be available Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Position is on-site in Parma, OH.
- Base Salary with an aggressive commission structure.
