What to expect at Colony Park...

As a System Administrator at Colony Park, you will provide your colleagues with the necessary technology for a smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and procure and inventory the required hardware and software. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

You ensure the general internal IT operations and act as the contact person for our colleagues for any hardware and software issues.
You are responsible for end user support and solve or coordinate all internal matters for your four colleagues regarding their end devices and the applications installed on them. This includes diagnosing technical inquiries and resolving disruptions.
You are responsible for the automation and standardization of processes such as software distribution (ACMP) for Windows and Linux clients and packaging of applications (ACMP).
You install, configure, and administer hardware and software.
You handle the setup, migration, and maintenance of workstations, install user software, and take care of updates.

What we are looking for...

You have at least two years of experience as an IT administrator.
You have solid PowerShell knowledge.
You have in-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux clients. Familiarity with ACMP is desirable.
You have experience working with a ticket system such as Service Now.
You are communicative, curious, and have a sense of
