• Follow method of production functions per established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Willing to gain a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing practices and Food Safety.
• Stage ingredients accordingly to recipe by accurately weighing and measuring.
• Be able to safely and effectively operate equipment used in production.
• Assist Sanitation Team with cleaning and sanitizing as needed.
• Accomplish all planned line operations according to the Production Schedule.

• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to read, write, and comprehend the information provided.
• Willingness to follow protocol, standards, and regulations.
• Good vision and sense of smell.
• Ability to remain alert and focused on the work.
• Performs jobs as assigned and follows directions with a good attitude.
