- Coordinate with test engineers in the design and implementation of instrumentation supporting ground test & flight test activities.
- Write reports under the general supervision of test engineers.
- Support flight test activities as necessary up to and including on-aircraft data collection
- CAD modeling as necessary to support flight test / ground test activities.
- Develop and execute procedures for activities such as material qualification and equipment calibration
- Associates degree in Engineering Technology or similar
- Solidworks or equivalent experience
- Able to work well in an integrated collaborative team environment including daily interactions with technicians, engineers, and managers
- Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with a wide range of people
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude
