This is your job:

  • Independent coordination of the entire recruiting process
  • Close coordination with departments, hiring managers, works council, and HR colleagues
  • Coordination of external partners and service providers
  • Active sourcing through various digital channels - as a brand ambassador for HCLTech Germany
  • Conducting interviews (phone, MS Teams, in-person)
  • Development and implementation of personnel marketing measures (online/offline)
  • Continuous development of our recruiting strategies and KPI-driven reporting
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool
  • Ensuring and optimizing a positive candidate experience

This is what you bring:

  • Completed studies or training with a focus on HR/IT/Tourism/Business Administration (or similar)
  • Strong networker and team player with enthusiasm and proactivity
  • First professional experience in talent acquisition and/or talent management, ideally in the IT sector
  • Extensive experience in active sourcing and social
